    Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

    The Company announces that it has today purchased in the market 30,000 Ordinary 10p shares at 63 pence per share for Treasury.

    The Company's capital consists of 10,829,612 Ordinary 10p shares of which 130,000 are held in Treasury.

    Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,699,612. The voting rights on all these shares are identical.   This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
