Release of debt under GBP125 million 9.00 per cent. Callable Subordinated Notes 
due 2015 
ISIN: XS0233803153 
 
 
The Company announces that the debt in respect of a total of GBP36,878,000 of 
the 9.00 per cent. Callable Subordinated Notes due 2015 (the "Notes") issued by 
it, representing approximately 29.5 per cent. of the total issued principal 
amount, has today been released by the holder of the Notes. 
 
 
 
All released Notes will be cancelled.
