The Company was informed on 9 June 2009 that on 4 and 5 June 2009 Cairns 
Investment Holdings Ltd sold a total of 14,000,000 ordinary shares in PNC 
Telecom and is now interested in 81,050,000 ordinary shares, or 12.22% of the 
issued share capital.
