BELLA MEDIA Plc (the "Company" or "Bella Media") 
 
 
Cancellation of Trading on AIM 
 
 
 
 
The Directors of Bella Media today announce that because the Company were unable 
to complete a transaction which constituted a reverse takeover by 30 June 2009, 
trading on AIM in the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled under AIM Rule 
15 with effect from 07.00 on Wednesday 1 July 2009. 
 
 
The Directors are currently considering alternative trading platforms for the 
Company's shares, including an admission to PLUS Markets.
