Issue of equity 
 
 
The Company announces that it has issued 1,986,228 new ordinary shares of 1p 
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at approximately 1.88p per share 
following a draw down under the terms of the Standby Equity Distribution 
Agreement announced on 27 April, 2009. 
 
 
Application will be made for the admission of 1,986,228 new Ordinary Shares to 
be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become 
effective and that dealings will commence on 7 July, 2009. On admission, the 
Company will have 247,302,761 Ordinary Shares in issue.
