Panceltica Holdings Limited (the "Company") 
Trading Update 
On 5 May 2009 the Company announced that it was in discussion with Barwa Real 
Estate Company ("Barwa") in relation to matters concerning the Barwa contract. 
Whilst discussions have continued in the hope of reaching some commercial 
resolution of matters, Barwa have now purported to terminate this contract. The 
independent directors of the Company (being those directors not directly or 
indirectly connected with Barwa) are considering the legal position and a 
further announcement will be made as and when appropriate
