Share Incentive Plan 
 
 
WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 November 
2009, 
206,794 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share 
Incentive Plan at a price of GBP0.10 per share. These shares will be used to 
satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their October pay. 
The following director, as contributor to the plan, has acquired the following
