                              Exercise of Warrants 
                                  15 March 2010 
 
West China Cement was notified on 15 March 2010 that Anthony Schindler, an 
advisor of West China Cement, exercised a warrant on 15 March 2010 to acquire 
100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 105 pence per 
share. 
 
Application will shortly be made for the 100,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted 
to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 22 March 2010 ("Admission"). Upon 
Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing 
Ordinary Shares of the Company. 
 
After admission of these new shares, the Company will have 65,758,237 Ordinary 
Shares in issue.
