notified on 21 April that Geoff Spink, chief executive and chairman of the 
Company, is now interested in 56,350 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") and holds options to subscribe for up to an 
aggregate 341,649 Ordinary Shares subject to various conditions.
