                 Restoration of Trading and Board Appointments 
 
The  Company is pleased to  announce that further to  its announcement on 12 May 
2010, that  the Company's CVA  had been approved,  the Company's ordinary shares 
have been restored to trading on AIM. 
 
Following  shareholder approval  at the  Company's AGM  on 12 May 2010, Hertford 
will  be treated as an investing company  in accordance with AIM Rule 15 and its 
name will also be changed to Otium Ventures plc. 
 
The  Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Leonard John Russell 
(64),  former Director  at Nat  West Stockbrokers  Limited and  head of High Net 
Worth customers at William de Broe as Non-executive Chairman. 
 
Leonard  Russell holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner 
in the following partnerships within five years prior to this appointment:

announcement released on 26 April 2010. 
 
Len  Russell  said:  "I  am  pleased  to  see  that the Company has successfully 
concluded  a CVA  which will  leave it  effectively debt  free. This  is a great 
opportunity  for the company to go forward. From what was an extremely difficult 
trading  year of 2009, the company  has emerged with new  energy, a new mandate, 
and  several exciting  projects to  consider. We  expect the leisure sector will 
boom  after the  depression of  the past  year, and  Otium will now be perfectly
