Director  of the Company, purchased 30,000 common shares in the Company at CDN$0.095 per share  on 
30 June 2010. 
 
His  total  interest  (held  both directly and indirectly) in the common  shares  of  the  Company 
(excluding treasury shares) following these transactions is 4,158,500 shares, representing  2.644%
