Hartest Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that Jan Holmstrom, Non-Executive 
Director and Company Secretary, has resigned from the board of the Company with 
immediate effect, following the disposal by Bronsstadet AB of its entire 
interest in the Company on 30 July 2010.  Geoff Spink, Chief Executive, will 
assume the additional role of Company Secretary.
