                        LINCAT GROUP PLC ("the Company") 
 
                            DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS 
 
The Company announces that Mr MS Mitchell and Mr TE Storey, directors of the 
Company, were today granted options over 18,000 and 15,000 shares respectively 
under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). No consideration was paid 
for these options, which have a nil exercise price and which are exercisable 
between 1 April 2014 and 16 September 2020, subject to certain performance 
criteria. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr MS Mitchell and Mr TE Storey have beneficial 
interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company as follows:
