                     ("Wren", the "Company" or the "Group") 
 
                                 Company update 
 
Wren announces that it has been informed that the Group's main lender (the 
"Lender") has appointed GVA Grimley Limited as receiver to Warlingham 
Developments Limited ("WDL") pursuant to the Law of Property Act 1925 with 
immediate effect. WDL owns the completed development known as 'Warlingham One'. 
In addition, the Lender has appointed GVA Grimley Limited as receiver pursuant 
to the Law of Property Act 1925 to Warlingham Developments Two Limited ("WDTL") 
which holds the Warlingham Two development site. Neither WDL nor WDTL are 
members of the Wren group of companies but development profit share agreements 
are in place between Wren and each of WDL and WDTL.
