Hephaestus Holdings plc announces that, following the resolution passed at the Company's general meeting held on 5 November 2010, the Company has changed its name from Robotic Technology Systems plc to Hephaestus Holdings plc. The Company's shares will now trade under the TIDM 'HEP'.
