Hephaestus Holdings plc ("Hephaestus" or the "Company")

Resignation of Director

As was indicated in its recent Circular, the Company confirms that Jon Sharrock has resigned as a Director of Hephaestus Holdings plc as of 8 December 2010 and has now left the Company to pursue other career interests. Mr Sharrock remains available to the Company until the end of the year. The Company is currently finalising an arrangement for an interim Finance Director on a part-time basis and will provide an update when appropriate.
