Broadstoner Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that at a general meeting held on 5 May 2011, a resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily was passed. S R Browne and C R F Day, both of Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3BQ, were appointed as Joint Liquidators. Copies of the above resolution and related resolutions passed at the meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
