Change to the Board of Directors

Low Carbon Accelerator Limited ("the Company" or "LCA") announces that Alan Mark Tanguy has resigned as a Director with effect from 6 May 2011. Mr Tanguy, whose appointment to the LCA Board was by virtue of his role at LCA's administrator, Ogier Fund Administration (Guernsey) Ltd ("Ogier") has stepped down from the board due to his intended departure from Ogier in the coming months.

John Hawkins, Chairman of LCA, said "We wish Mark well going forward and thank him for his contribution to the Company as a non-executive Director".

At the same time LCA announces that Andrew Neil Munro has been appointed as a non-executive Director with effect from 6 May 2011.

John Hawkins said "We are very pleased to welcome Andrew to the Board and we look forward to working closely with him".

Andrew joined Ogier's fiduciary services and fund administration business at senior management level in October 2010 bringing with him a wealth of experience in Guernsey's financial services industry gained as a Managing Associate and Advocate of Guernsey's Royal Court with Ogier's Guernsey legal practice.

As a lawyer, Andrew specialised in corporate and commercial matters including investment funds. He gained extensive experience advising promoters and managers establishing funds in Guernsey, including both those new to the jurisdiction and those with extensive track records in Guernsey, on all aspects from structuring advice, incorporation and establishment of the corporate vehicles and regulatory licensing aspects at the outset to ongoing advice post establishment. Advising a range of clients, Andrew gained experience of both closed-ended and open-ended structures (including structures with stock exchange listings).

Within Ogier's Guernsey fiduciary and fund administration business, Andrew currently heads the funds administration team.

Mr Munro, aged 35 has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
