Notice of Adjourned General Meeting

Further to the announcement of 27 June 2011 that the General Meeting held on the same date was adjourned by the Group (the "Original GM"), Media Square announces that it has reconvened the General Meeting to be held at 6 York Street, London WIU 6PL on 21 July 2011 at 10:45am (the "Adjourned GM") and notice of the Adjourned GM was posted to shareholders on 29 June 2011.

The purpose of the Adjourned GM remains the same as the Original GM, namely, subject to shareholder approval at the meeting, that the Group should adopt new Articles of Association (the "New Articles").

Valid proxy forms that were submitted by shareholders for the Original GM will remain valid for the Adjourned GM and should not be resubmitted unless shareholders wish to change voting instructions.

An amended version of Article 17, which was incorrectly printed in the New Articles distributed to shareholders, has today been posted to shareholders with the Notice of the Adjourned GM. A full version of the New Articles and the Notice of the Original GM are available upon request from the Group and are also available on the Group's website at www.mediasquare.co.uk.
