The Company was informed on 25 July 2011 that on that date the Jacques Vert Employee Benefit Trust sold 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") for 17p per share to prepare and give flexibility to the Jacques Vert Employee Benefit Trust in connection with the impending vesting of share awards. Following this disposal, the Jacques Vert Employee Benefit Trust holds 7,198,178 Shares, representing 3.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
