Result of AGM & Name Change

Cheerful Scout plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Following shareholder approval, its name change to Aeorema Communications Plc (Ticker: AEO) will become effective and the Company will begin trading under its new name from 8 a.m. on 13 December 2011.
