BLUE PLANET FINANCIALS GROWTH & INCOME INVESTMENT TRUSTS NO 1 - 10 PLC 
(EACH A "G&I TRUST" AND TOGETHER "G&I") 
 
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES 
 
 
Each G&I Trust announces that on 19 March 2012, each G&I Trust was informed 
that the following transactions took place, which has triggered this 
notification: 
 
On 19 March 2012, Blue Planet International Financials Investment Trust plc 
("International") disposed of 708,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital 
of each G&I Trust (ISIN numbers for which are at the foot of this announcement) 
(together "Shares"). As a result of this disposal, International no longer 
holds any Shares and is not entitled to any voting rights in G&I. 
 
On 19 March 2012, Blue Planet Worldwide Financials Investment Trust plc 
("Worldwide") disposed of 346,000 Shares in each G&I Trust. As a result of this 
disposal, Worldwide no longer holds any Shares and is not entitled to any 
voting rights in G&I. 
 
On 19 March 2012, Investment Company Investments LLP acquired 1,054,500 Shares 
in each G&I Trust resulting in it being entitled to 1,054,500 voting rights in 
each G&I Trust. Investment Company Investments LLP, therefore, holds 7.72% of 
the issued share capital of each G&I Trust and is entitled to 7.72% of the 
total voting rights in each G&I Trust. 
 
The aforementioned transactions took place by International and Worldwide each 
transferring their holdings in G&I to Investment Company Investments LLP by way 
of a capital contribution ("Transfers"). No consideration was paid by 
Investment Company Investments LLP for the Transfers. The transfers were made 
in preparation for the proposed merger announced on 22nd December 2011 ("the 
Merger"). 
 
Investment Company Investments LLP is a newly incorporated limited liability 
partnership owned by G&I, International and Worldwide (together "the 
Companies") formed for the purpose of acquiring the cross-holdings in the 
Companies. The only members of Investment Company Investments LLP are the 
Companies (save that a nominee is a member on behalf of the Company). The 
Companies are entitled to participate in the profits and gains of Investment 
Company Investments LLP in proportion to the capital contributions made by the 
Companies respectively. Each of the members of Investment Company Investments 
LLP is entitled to exercise one vote.  Investment Company Investments LLP has 
no other assets. The Companies intend to retain their interests in Investment 
Company Investments LLP pending implementation of the Merger.
