The Boards of International, Worldwide and G&I announce that the general 
meetings of Worldwide and G&I convened for today have been adjourned until 9th 
May 2012. The meetings will be reconvened at Greenside House, 25 Greenside 
Place, Edinburgh EH1 3AA at the same times as the meetings convened for today. 
This is in order that steps necessary for completion of the proposed merger of 
Worldwide and G&I into International may be taken. Details of the proposed 
merger were announced on 26 March 2012.
