                          Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") 
 
 
The Board of Captive Audience Display Solutions previously announced that an extraordinary general 
meeting  ("EGM") was called to consider and approve, if appropriate, the proposed  acquisition  of 
the  entire share capital not already owned in Proventus Plc. The said EGM which was held  on  the 
22nd  March  2012  in  Dublin was adjourned, pending the publication of the relevant  circular  to 
shareholders,  which  was  to  incorporate full details  of  the  transaction.  The  circular,  if 
available,  would have provided shareholders with detailed information on which  they  would  have 
been able to consider the resolutions proposed at the meeting. 
 
In  this  regard, the Directors are pleased to announce that a further EGM will  be  held  at  the 
Shelbourne  Hotel,  27 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 on the 23rd of May 2012 at 10.00am.  A  formal 
notice of EGM has been posted to all shareholders. 
 
The directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
