The Boards of International, Worldwide and G&I announce that the reconvened 
general meetings of Worldwide and G&I, that were held today, have been 
adjourned until 18 May 2012. The meetings will be reconvened at Greenside 
House, 25 Greenside Place, Edinburgh EH1 3AA at 11.30 a.m and between 12.00 
noon and 12.45 p.m respectively. This is in order that continuing steps 
necessary for completion of the proposed merger of Worldwide and G&I into 
International may be taken. Details of the proposed merger were announced on 26 
March 2012.
