Following the full and final redemption of all the outstanding Fourth Issuer Redemption Notes issued by Mound Financing (No. 4) PLC (the Fourth Issuer) on 8 May 2012, the Fourth Issuer has requested the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of the Fourth Issuer Redemption Notes on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority with effect as of the date hereof and also notified the London Stock Exchange plc that it wishes to cancel the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange of the Fourth Issuer Redemption Notes with effect as of the date hereof.
