The Directors of Avarae (AIM: AVR.L), the UK's only publicly traded company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, are pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today at the offices of the Company, Ground Floor, West Suite, Exchange House, 54-58 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, all resolutions were duly passed.
