SUSPENSION OF LISTING AND TRADING

ISIS Property Trust Limited (the "Company") announces that, as set out in the circular sent to shareholders published on 12 March 2013, the Company's ordinary shares were suspended from listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and from trading on the London Stock Exchange plc at 7.30 a.m. this morning, 11 April 2013.

A general meeting of the Company will be held today at 10.00 a.m. where a resolution will be put to the Company's members to voluntarily wind up the Company.

If such resolution is passed, it is expected that listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will be cancelled no later than 8.00 a.m. on 12 April 2013.
