Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, as at the date of this notice, the Company has in issue 128,281,120 ordinary shares of 1p each with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 128,281,120.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, MIR under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
