("Rethink" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, including an aggregate of 1,250,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") by certain Directors of the Company, it has issued, conditional on Admission, a total of 2,375,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue of the above shares, the interests of the Directors in question in the issued capital of the Company will be as follows:

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 25 June 2013. Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 116,517,781 ordinary shares in issue.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
