Director Shareholding

The Company was notified that today Robert O'Callaghan, an Executive Director of the Company, transferred 225,000 ordinary shares of his existing holding to his SIPP at a price of 8.0 pence per ordinary share. His beneficial holding remains at 3,500,000 ordinary shares representing 3.00 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
