Further to the announcement made by Absolute Return Trust Limited (the "Company") on 11 October 2013 that it has published a Circular to its Shareholders including recommended Proposals for the voluntary winding-up of the Company, the Company gives notice that the correct figure for the market capitalisation of the Company as at 4 October 2013 is GBP10.0 million (not GBP15.8 million, as stated in the Circular in section 2 on page 5).

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to such terms in the Circular.
