Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 23 October 2013, John Clark, Non-executive Director, transferred 3,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Gemma Clark.

Following the above transaction Mr Clark (including connected persons) retains a beneficial interest in 8,798 Ordinary Shares representing 1.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
