EBT purchase

The Company announces that on 29 October 2013, the Company's employee benefit trust ("EBT") purchased 4,580 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 575 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction the EBT holds a beneficial interest in 4,580 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.
