The Company was notified on 27 December 2013 by Mr Raymond J.R French ("Mr French") acting in his capacity as director of Sky Hill Limited and Zeta Beta Limited, that Mr French has sold 145,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the sale Mr French's interest is 1,110,780 shares, representing 13.8% of the total voting rights in the Company.
