Significant Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15(th) January 2014, that, as at 10 January 2014, Charlemagne Global Opportunities Limited sold its entire holding of 7,626,320 (8.43%) of the Ordinary Shares in the Company at the price of EUR0.0535 per share and is therefore no longer considered to be a significant shareholder in the Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
