Issue of Equity

("Nova" or the "Company")

Nova announces that it has received notice from Landham Group Limited to convert the entire principal amount of its GBP30,000 zero % unsecured convertible loan notes into 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"). Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will be effective and trading will commence at 8:00 am on 28 January 2014.

Following the issue of Ordinary Sharesas detailed above, the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 192,840,287 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 192,840,287.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
