("AREOF" or "the Company")

Statement Re: Proton Facility

On 3 December 2013, AREOF announced that it was in negotiations with Proton Bank ("Proton" or "the Bank") regarding a restructuring of its EUR29.2m loan ("Proton Loan" or "the Facility") to the Company. AREOF had hoped to have completed a restructuring of the Proton Loan by 31 January 2014. Negotiations with Proton are ongoing and while this remains the case the Company expects any enforcement action available to the Bank under the terms of the Facility to remain suspended. AREOF will update the market on the status of the Proton restructuring when appropriate.
