EBT Share Purchase

The Company announces that on 7 February 2014, the Company's employee benefit trust ("EBT") purchased 4,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 675 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction the EBT holds a beneficial interest in 9,080 Ordinary Shares representing 1.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
