Scrip Dividend Price

Naibu Global International Company Plc (AIM:NBU), a leading Chinese manufacturer and supplier of branded sportswear, announces that in relation to the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2013, the price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 64.9 pence. This is the average of the Company's middle market quotations for the five consecutive business days commencing on 2 July 2014 (the day on which the shares were first quoted ex-dividend).
