As at 31 August 2015, Amati VCT plc's share capital consists of 54,483,058 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Amati VCT plc is 54,483,058.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Amati VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
