Change in Repayment Terms of Existing Loan

Further to the announcement of 15 December 2015 regarding the loan to Armour Home Electronics Limited, the Company announces that the repayment terms of the GBP0.3m loan have been changed as detailed below:

Repayment:

   15/01/16             GBP100,000 
   15/02/16             GBP50,000 
   15/03/16             GBP50,000 
   15/04/16             GBP50,000 
   15/05/16             GBP50,000 

All other conditions of the loan remain the same. The initial GBP1.0m loan remains in place which is due for repayment in July 2019.
