Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 12 September 2016

The company refers to its announcement on 30 August 2016 in relation to the extraordinary general meeting of the Company ("EGM") to be held on 12 September 2016 and hereby announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the EGM were duly passed.

Upon being informed of this outcome, the Royal Court of Jersey shall consider whether it is appropriate immediately to give notice to the parties to the Jersey proceedings that the trial dates (previously fixed to commence on 20 September 2016) are vacated and will hear any application by Advocate Michael Leigh Preston on behalf of the Company to withdraw the Jersey proceedings, with a date for such hearing provisionally fixed for 26 September 2016.
