-- Final Terms dated 29 May 2017 relating to the U.S.$750,000,000 6.125% Notes due 2022 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$1,750,000,000 6.125% Notes due 2022 (Series 2) issued on 31 January 2017) issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$10,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2022 Final Terms");

-- Final Terms dated 29 May 2017 relating to the U.S.$1,000,000,000 7.500% Notes due 2027 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$1,000,000,000 7.500% Notes due 2027 (Series 3) issued on 31 January 2017) issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$10,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2027 Final Terms"); and

-- Final Terms dated 29 May 2017 relating to the U.S.$1,250,000,000 8.500% Notes due 2047 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$1,250,000,000 8.500% Notes due 2047 (Series 4) issued on 31 January 2017) issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$10,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2047 Final Terms" and, collectively with the 2022 Final Terms and the 2027 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 12 January 2017 and the Base Prospectus Supplement dated 23 May 2017.

The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
