Holdings in Company

Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 19 June 2017 by Yishun Brightrise Pte Ltd ("YBI"), that as at 16 June 2017, YBI held 428,269,242 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 16.75 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.

The shareholding decreased by 2.34 per cent following the recent shareholder approved share placement of 340,245,378 additional shares issued to YBI, M & G Investment Management Ltd., and Summer Trees PTE Limited on the 15 June 2017.
