Holding in Company
The Board of Frontier announces that it was notified on 20 July
2019 that on the 19 July 2019, Science Group plc purchased a total
of 416,069 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 35
pence per share.
As announced previously, the Board of Frontier was also notified
on 20 July 2019 that on 19 July 2019 Science Group had received
acceptances under its cash offer at a price of 35 pence per
Frontier share ("the Offer") in respect of a further 2,785,388
shares, representing approximately 6.8 per cent. of the voting
rights of Frontier ("the Acceptances") and that it had declared the
Offer unconditional as to acceptances.
Therefore, including Acceptances, Science Group plc now holds a
total interest in 19,447,431 ordinary shares in the capital of
Frontier, equivalent to 47.6 per cent. of the voting share capital
of the Company.
