London, August 15, 2019 - Mereo BioPharma Group plc (AIM: MPH,
NASDAQ: MREO), a clinical stage UK based biopharmaceutical company
focused on rare diseases, received notification that on August 13,
2019, Charles Sermon, General Counsel, purchased 590 American
Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price of USD3.09 per ADS. On August
14, 2019, Charles purchased 754 ADSs at a price of USD3.11 per
ADS.
