Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms in relation to the National Grid Electricity Transmission plc issue of GBP 300,000,000 1.375 per cent, and GBP 400,000,000 2 per cent. Instruments due 16 September 2026 and 16 September 2038 respectively under the National Grid plc and National Grid Electricity Transmission plc Euro 15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
