Investor presentation and group results release - Gatwick
Airport Limited, the Issuer and Ivy Holdco Limited
The Issuer's parent, Gatwick Airport Limited ("GAL"), will
publish its Annual report and financial statements for the nine
month period ended 31 December 2019 on Friday 24 April 2020.
To coincide with this, Gatwick Airport Limited will host a
conference call at 09:30 (UK time) for Gatwick Funding Limited
bondholders, bank lenders to Gatwick Airport Limited ("GAL") and
credit analysts to discuss these results. The call will be hosted
by Stewart Wingate and Nick Dunn, GAL's Chief Executive Officer and
Chief Financial Officer respectively.
Also on 24 April 2020, the Issuer and Ivy Holdco Limited will
publish their financial statements for the nine month period ended
31 December 2019. The Ivy Holdco Limited financial statements will
be consolidated financial statements for the nine month period
ended 31 December 2019, consolidating the results of Ivy Holdco
Limited, the Issuer, Ivy Bidco Limited and Gatwick Airport
Limited.
The financial statements of Gatwick Airport Limited, the Issuer
and Ivy Holdco Limited will all be available on the Gatwick Airport
Limited website at www.gatwickairport.com/investor.
