Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Hydrogen announces that the Company has released 150,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust following the exercise of 150,000 options by certain employees.

Hydrogen has 27,803,169 Ordinary Shares in issue excluding the 545,521 Ordinary Shares currently held in treasury.
